APPLICABLE ENVIRONMENT
Applicable to European standard EN253, national standard GB/T29047 "high density polyethylene sheath rigid polyurethane foam prefabricated direct buried thermal insulation pipe and pipe fittings", GB/T34611 "rigid polyurethane spray polyethylene winding prefabricated direct buried thermal insulation pipe" in the provisions of a variety of environments.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
● Good uniformity, polyurethane insulation thickness, density, thermal conductivity, compressive strength and other core indicators of uniformity, good stability of the overall performance of the product;
● Good adhesion, spraying polyurethane raw material reaction is more active, with the steel pipe and the outer protective layer of the adhesion effect is good;
● The thickness of polyurethane insulation layer can be controlled automatically according to the design, with high thickness precision and large space for thickness adjustment.It is easier to adjust the varieties, and various specifications of products can be produced;
