MATERIALOF   STEELPIPE

INSULATION LAYER

The foam is a non-fluorinated, fully water-based rigid polyurethane foam from a specialized polyurethane raw material supplier.The material has zero ODP value, which protects the environment and reduces damage to the ozone layer.It has certain fluidity and bonding strength, and after high-pressure mixing and injection, the foam fully fills the gap between the steel pipe and the outer pipe to ensure that the steel pipe, the outer pipe and the thermal insulation layer form a solid whole.

 

ELECTROTHERMALFUSION INTERFACE

Utilizing the principle of polyethylene heat fusion, through the electric heating, pressurized CNC wire cloth system, the electric wire network with precise resistance value and temperature-controlled electric coupling feedback heating wire are embedded in the inner wall of the strip sleeve.On-site interface, the use of special temperature-controlled electric fusion welding machine and the implementation of a strict heating welding curve, electrically heated band sleeve and the pipe's outer pipe, so that it fused into one, to complete the sealing connection of the outer pipe of the insulation pipeline.The tensile strength of the heat fusion interface is not lower than that of the parent material.

 

HERMAL CONTRACTION INTERFACE

The special heat-shrinkable tape is heated and contracted by flame to connect the outer pipe and the joint casing lap tightly and flexibly, which not only ensures the sealing and waterproofing of the joint, but also solves the axial thermal strain of the joint.This method is easy to operate, especially convenient and practical for small and medium diameter pipes.The peeling strength of heat-shrinkable tape used in heat-shrinkable tape casing type joint is not less than 60N/cm. 100% airtightness test of our company's heat preservation pipeline interface, airtightness test can be injected into the material foam heat preservation only after passing the test.
