Jincheng City Zhongyuan Street Reconstruction and Underground Comprehensive Corridor Road Project
This project is a heat migration into the corridor primary network, located in Zhongyuan Street, Jincheng City, as the main heat channel for Jincheng Thermal Power Plant to heat the urban area, laying 2 DN1200 heat pipelines to meet the heating needs of urban residents, with a length of 6500×2 meters for the primary network pipeline, with a supply water temperature of 130°C and a return water temperature of 70°C.
The comprehensive corridor is set in the central partition belt and under the motor vehicle lane. The corridor cross-section is divided into three compartments: heat, water, and cable, from Jinyang Expressway to Wenbo Road. The main pipeline is laid overhead in the corridor, and directly buried outside the corridor. The overhead pipeline bracket spacing is 11 meters, and the pipeline adopts a 6-meter length for easy entry and transportation in the compartment. Our company provides more than 6000 meters of DN1200-1000 galvanized overhead pipes and more than 2100 meters of DN500 overhead pipes, and supplies related supporting overhead pipe fittings.
