To replace outdated capacity and ensure the growing heating demand in Hailar District, Hulun Buir City, a comprehensive retrofit of the Yimin Power Plant's heating capacity is planned, including the construction of a 72-kilometer long-distance heating supply pipeline from Yimin to Hailar. The full name of this project is the Yimin Power Plant Long-Distance Heating Project. The long-distance pipeline adopts direct burial laying, with pre-insulated spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipes and pre-insulated fittings for hot water transmission, designed supply and return water temperatures of 130/45°C, and a design pressure of 2.5MPa.

The heating network will operate continuously during the heating period, and maintenance during operation has a significant impact, so the quality of the supplied products is extremely high. The project conducted a prequalification tender in February 2021, with more than 30 suppliers registering to participate, and our company successfully entered the top 10. In March, we officially bid, and after careful review and evaluation by the client and the review committee, our company was determined as the winning candidate for the fourth section, with a project volume of DN1200 prefabricated direct burial insulated pipes, fittings, prefabricated overhead river crossing insulated pipes, including on-site makeup operations for more than 30 kilometers. Our company began delivery on May 27 and completed delivery on August 29. The project was tested and operated in October, successfully achieving heating by the end of the year. The operation has been running to date without any quality issues with our supplied products, and we have received unanimous praise from the client.
