(Spray Coating Insulation Pipe DN1400)This project is from Shanxi Zhongdian Guodian Wangping Power Generation Co., Ltd. to Huairen County heating main line and pressure station, with a high-temperature pipeline laying of 21 kilometers. The bidding scope of this section is the purchase of density polyethylene outer casing hard polyurethane foam prefabricated direct burial insulation pipes and fittings, etc., within the range of 7-14 kilometers.
Our company's scope is from the starting point of the high-temperature heat network of Shanxi Zhongdian Guodian Wangping Power Generation Co., Ltd., which is 1.0m outside the factory wall, to the end point of 1.0m outside the wall of Huairen County heat source factory. The designed pipe diameter is DN1200, and the pipeline length is about 21.0km. This section is for the supply of pipes and pipe materials within the range of 7-14km. The project started delivery in July 2016 and completed delivery in September. The quality and appearance of the pipe materials, as well as the supply service, have received unanimous praise from the client.
